David J. Nagel, P.C. is a partner in the law firm of Feldmann, Nagel & Associates, LLC where he practices in the areas of corporate transactions, real estate, construction law, commercial litigation, subdivision development and home-owners' association law, estate planning and probate. Mr. Nagel counsels clients in connection with corporate transactions, asset purchase and stock sale matters, business incorporation, real estate development, Common-interest Ownerships, wealth transfer techniques and administration of estates. In addition, Mr. Nagel handles commercial litigation involving construction and land disputes. He has lectured for the Loriman Education Services Institute on the subjects of construction management and the governmental process of development and subdivision planning, and has been a speaker for various professional organizations. Mr. Nagel practiced as a C.P.A. with Deloitte & Touche in Dallas, Texas and returned to Deloitte & Touch's Los Angeles office as a Manager in their Corporate Transaction/Commercial Litigation division. Mr. Nagel law clerked for the Honorable Judge Steven R. Plotkin in the 5th Appellate Court in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Nagel is admitted to the Colorado Bar and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas. He is a member of the American Bar Association & Presidential Appointee to the National Conference of Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Nagel graduated from Tulane University with a Juris Doctor, and argued the Phelps Dunbar Federal Court trial competition, Moot Court Board. He also received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, Dean's List, and was a department Scholastic Award recipient.
